Nowhere To Be: Chapter 15: Friedsam Family Fun (Jett and Gauthier, too!)

A hop, skip, a jump and another ferry from Currituck to Knott's Island with more epic riding through Mackay Island National Wildlife Refuge and we're in Virginia! A 65 mile day to Virginia Beach with family, Pork Roast, and Liverwurst waiting upon our arrival!! Aunt Jacki you are the BEST AUNT EVER!

I pulled up to Tracey's wet, cold, and hungry with a full bladder after holding it for almost 2 hours. If I had even gotten off the bike to pee I wasn't getting back on.

Virginia Beach was awesome! Yoji and Sadie got some much needed TLC from Fat Frogs Bike Shop where we met Doug, Chuck Gilbert, and Gay Rehnback, the coffee drinkers with a cycling problem! Gay offered us a ride over the Chesapeake and gave us some advice having toured the country a few times himself.

Spending time with all the cousins and seeing how we've all grown was priceless. We shared beautiful meals and were given lots of help in planning our departure and route to D.C.

Aunt Jacki, Tracey, Nicholas, Taylor, Ellyn, Margaret, Sarah, Matthew, Ryan, Jerri, and Michael thank you for your homes, food, fun VB tours, beer and great company! I love you all and have missed you! Thank you for helping me add to our book of wonderful memories together and may there be many more to come!

Mom: Courtney Droppings are all over the East Coast for you to collect... Muahahaha (You can't escape it!)
